Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Eve of Public Holidays & Public Holidays.  The cut-off time for all online orders is 5 pm^* on all working days.  All online orders made before the cut-off time will be processed on the same day.  Online orders made after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

Order Acceptance Policy

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.  New Age Kidz reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item &/or refuse service to any customer.  Verification of information may be needed prior to the acceptance of any order.

Order Cancellation Policy

You cannot cancel an order or part of an order after credit card has been authorised & approved ie. You cannot cancel the order after Checkout upon reading all Terms & Conditions.  For orders paid via cash/gift voucher or cheque payment, you cannot cancel the order after collection/delivery has been made.  However, should there be a strong & valid reason for cancellation, please note the following cancellation charges :

• A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon ordering;
• A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

All products sold are returnable for exchange.  Returned products can be exchanged for other products of the same value & only if the product received is different from what is stated on the printed receipt or the product is faulty.  If the product is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange provided it is reported to contact@newagekidz.com within 3 working days upon acceptance of delivery.  We will send the replacement product via mail upon approval.  Normal delivery lead time applies.

All products to be returned & exchanged must be in their original packaging & accompanied with the printed receipt together with the order number & a brief description on the fault of the product (applicable to faulty products only).

Product Availability & Refund Policy

In most cases, our products are available for ordering unless specified otherwise.  However, should the product you have ordered be unavailable due to insufficient stock or product discontinuation, you may choose to either accept a longer delivery lead time until the new stock arrives or in the case of product discontinuation, select another product of the same value.

We do not recommend a refund of payment made.  However, if you strongly prefer a refund, please note that there may be a small admin charge imposed by PayPal to reverse the payment (amount to be determined by PayPal).

Product Safety Policy

Our products are carefully selected from reputable companies around the world.  Our commitment to product safety is to ensure that our products meet at least one of the following requirements

• ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials) International Standards;
• CCC (China Compulsory Certification);
• CE (Conformité Européenne) Certification; 
• CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) Certification; &
• ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certification.

In addition, we wish to emphasise that products should be washed & sanitised prior to use & regularly (where appropriate).  While using our products, children should be supervised by an adult at all times, not just for the children's safety, but also as a way to enhance communication & bonding.

Pricing Policy

New Age Kidz reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input/advertising error, product discontinuation &/or under the instruction of manufacturers & suppliers.

Local Delivery Service Policy

With a minimum purchase of $80, delivery is FREE within Singapore*.   For orders below $80, delivery charge is at $8.  Gift vouchers are delivered FREE within Singapore* with no minimum purchase required.

For orders with ready stock available, delivery is generally within 3 working days.  Delivery is available from Mon to Fri, at 10 am to 12 pm, 2 pm to 4 pm or 7 pm to 9 pm.  For products that are not in stock, delivery is usually within 4 - 6 weeks.

* Excludes Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Changi Airfreight Centre, PSA Terminal/Wharves & off-shore islands.

Worldwide Delivery Service Policy

For orders delivered outside of Singapore, delivery is generally within 14 working days upon order & delivery confirmation, subject to stock availability.  All orders will be delivered via Singapore's Speedpost Air Parcel or equivalent unless specified otherwise.  Delivery charges will be advised separately after order has been confirmed.  All payments must be made through PayPal.

Prior to your order confirmation, please check with your country on any import tax, prohibitions, restrictions or conditions that need to be complied with.  New Age Kidz is not liable nor responsible in the event that the product you have ordered is denied entry into your country.

Self-Collection Policy

You may choose to self-collect your purchases at our showroom.  Please bring along your printed order confirmation or receipt for self-collection.  Self-collection is available from Mon to Fri, at 10 am to 12 pm or 2 pm to 4 pm.  Please call us to arrange for collection date & time.

Online Payment Policy

You may pay online using PayPal, VISA or Mastercard.  PayPal is FREE for buyers & your financial information is private & 100% protected against unauthorised payments sent from your account.  Please refer to www.paypal.com.sg for more information.

Cash & Cheque Payment Policy

You may pay by cash or cheque for orders delivered within Singapore only.  Please write cheque payable to New Age Kidz & note that post-dated cheques will not be accepted.

Gift Voucher Redemption Policy

You can redeem New Age Kidz's Gift Vouchers at our showroom & online store.  For redemption at our showroom, simply present the vouchers upon payment.  For redemption at our online store, select "Cash/Gift voucher/Member Rewards" under Payment Methods during checkout.  You can opt for local delivery or self-collection of items.  Only original gift vouchers with an authorised signature will be accepted.  Below are the terms & conditions :

• Exchangeable for merchandise at New Age Kidz showroom & online store.
• Not exchangeable for cash.
• Not to be partially redeemed.  Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
• Not replaceable nor refundable, whether in whole or in part.  No claims will be entertained for any voucher that is expired, lost, torn, defaced or damaged.
• Not to be resold nor traded without the prior written consent of New Age Kidz.
• Valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.

New Age Kidz Membership Policy

New Age Kidz membership is FREE.  Members are entitled to benefits such as FREE suggested activities, puzzles & worksheets, member rewards, 'members only' discounts & any other benefits as & when decided by our Advertising & Promotions Team.

New Age Kidz reserves the right, without prior notification, to accept or reject any membership registration &/or include, change or remove any benefits linked to its membership.  Members are required to provide actual & up-to-date personal particulars solely for our record purposes only.  Verification of information may be needed prior to the acceptance of any membership registration. 

'MEMBERS ONLY' DISCOUNT

The 'members only' discount is applicable only to New Age Kidz members & exclude company/school or wholesale purchase.  New Age Kidz members are entitled to the discounts for selected items only & as & when there are such discounts available.  For purchase made at New Age Kidz showroom, please print the discount coupon & present it to enjoy the discount.  For purchase made online, please enter the discount code given.

MEMBER REWARDS CARD

The New Age Kidz Member Rewards Card allows members to collect stamps for product redemption.  You can redeem Member Rewards at our showroom & online store.  For redemption at our showroom, simply present the Member Rewards Card upon payment.  For redemption at our online store, select "Cash/Gift voucher/Member Rewards" under Payment Methods during checkout.  You can opt for local delivery or self-collection of items.  Only original card with an authorised signature will be accepted.  Below are the terms & conditions :

• 1 stamp is issued with every $30 spent in a single receipt.  Members can redeem $5 product with every 3 stamps collected.
• Product value may be accumulated for redemption.  Any remaining value will be forfeited upon redemption.
• No stamps will be granted during redemption.
• All products must be redeemed by the expiry date.  Unredeemed product value will be forfeited after the expiry date.
