Q1)  How do I place an order?
For personal purchase:
1. Select the item, enter the quantity & click "Add to Cart".
2. Continue with your shopping & click "View Cart" to view your orders.
3. When done shopping, click "Check Out" to key in your address & other information.
4. Select your preferred payment options by "PayPal" or "Bank Transfer".
5. For default option
"PayPal", enter your payment details & follow the steps provided. You will receive an email receipt that payment has been approved.
6. For
"Bank Transfer", you will receive an email receipt that order has been submitted. Please proceed to transfer the amount to DBS Bank, Raffles City Branch, Current Account No. 033-902012-5. We will contact you after payment has been received.

For school purchase:
1. Follow steps 1 to 3 above or submit using Quick Order Form.
2. Select your preferred payment options by "Cheque", "E-Invoice" or "Quotation" to request for a non-obligatory quote.
3. You will receive an email receipt that order has been submitted.

Q2)  Can I return or cancel my order?
New Age Kidz is committed to have you as our happy customer!  For more information on order cancellation & refund or return & exchange, please read details in our Store Policy.

Q3)  When will my order be delivered & how can I check its status?
For products with ready stock, delivery is usually within 5 working days.  Delivery timing for school purchase is only available on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.  Other delivery timings are available from Mondays to Fridays from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm.  For products that are not in stock, delivery is usually within 4 - 6 weeks.  For delivery outside of Singapore, delivery is usually within 14 working days upon payment, subject to stock availability.

To track your order, use your Order Number on PayPal's payment form (next to Item #) or on your email receipt. Do note that order status may take up to 1 working day to be shown in our tracking system even though the orders may already be in process.

Q4)  Can I self-collect my order? 
Self-collection is currently not available. 

Q5)  What are the delivery charges for my order?
Islandwide* local delivery is FREE with a minimum purchase of $100.  For orders below $100, delivery charge is at $10 regardless of the number of items but subject to a maximum volumetric size (L+W+H) of 100 cm. However, if volumetric size exceeds 100 cm &/or total weight exceeds 25 kg, delivery charge will be quoted separately.

Q6)  Does New Age Kidz deliver to destinations outside Singapore?
We accept international orders delivered to major cities around the world.  For delivery outside of Singapore, select "Worldwide Delivery" & "International Order" during checkout to request for a worldwide delivery charge to be emailed to you. Upon your acceptance, an e-invoice will be emailed to you to pay for your order including delivery charge via PayPal. Your order will be sent only after payment is made.  All orders will be delivered via Singapore's Speedpost Air Parcel or its equivalent with delivery lead time of 6 - 14 working days upon payment unless specified otherwise.

Q7)  Is your website secure?
We recognise that security is of upmost importance!  Our website meets international security standards & your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.  Moreover, we do not have access to your financial information as it is kept private & 100% protected by PayPal.

Q8)  Are your products safe for children?
Product safety is always our top priority!  Our products are carefully selected from reputable companies around the world.  Our commitment to product safety is to ensure that our products meet at least one of the following requirements
  • ASTM (American Society for Testing & Materials) International Standards;
  • CCC (China Compulsory Certification);
  • CE (ConformitĂ© EuropĂ©enne) Certification; 
  • CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) Certification; &
  • ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certification.
We wish to remind users that our products should be washed & sanitised prior to use & regularly (where appropriate).  While using our products, children should be supervised by an adult at all times, not just for the children's safety, but also as a way to encourage bonding & playtime.

New Age Kidz offers you a wide range of quality teaching aids, award-winning educational games & learning toys for children.  Plus, many of our unique products are not commonly found in retail toy shops in Singapore!  By selling our products online, our costs can be kept low so that our products remain affordable.  What's more, there is also FREE gift wrapping & FREE delivery within Singapore with a minimum purchase of $100!
