Q1) How do I place an order?

A1) You can order online by simply indicating the quantity of the item that you wish to purchase & clicking on the button "Add to Cart". You may continue with your shopping or at any point in time, you may click on "View Cart" to view your orders. When you are done with your shopping, click on "Check Out" to key in your address & other information.

If you are paying via PayPal (VISA/Mastercard), you will be directed to PayPal's website to make your payment & you will receive an email receipt once payment is approved. For orders delivered within Singapore only, you may opt to pay by cash/gift voucher, cheque or invoice payment (for MOE teachers only). Please write cheque payable to New Age Kidz & note that post-dated cheques are not accepted. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit our showroom to view & order our wide range of products. Our showroom is conveniently located at 3023 Ubi Road 3 #05-15A UbiPlex I Siingapore 408663 (near future MacPherson MRT). Please call us as viewing is by appointment only.

For school or company orders, we will be happy to visit your school or company to show you our sample products & catalogues or to participate in any fair or product display/sale held at your premises. You can also request for a quotation by simply selecting "Request For Quotation" under Payment Methods during checkout. We will send you a quotation for your confirmation within 3 working days.

Q2) How do I redeem the gift vouchers?

A2) You can redeem New Age Kidz's Gift Vouchers at our showroom & online store. For redemption at our showroom, simply present the vouchers upon payment. For redemption at our online store, select "Cash/Gift voucher" under Payment Methods during checkout. You can opt for local delivery or self-collection of items. Only original gift vouchers with an authorised signature will be accepted. Below are the terms & conditions :

Exchangeable for merchandise at New Age Kidz showroom & online store.
Not exchangeable for cash.
Not to be partially redeemed. Any unused or unredeemed value will be forfeited.
Not replaceable nor refundable, whether in whole or in part. No claims will be entertained for any voucher which is expired, lost, torn, defaced or damaged.
Not to be resold nor traded without the prior written consent of New Age Kidz.
Valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.

Q3) When will my order be delivered & how can I check its status?

A3) For orders with ready stock available, delivery is generally within 3 working days. Delivery is from Mon to Fri, at 10 am to 12 pm, 2 pm to 4 pm or 7 pm to 9 pm. For products that are not in stock, delivery is usually within 4 - 6 weeks. For orders delivered outside of Singapore, delivery is generally within 14 working days upon order & delivery confirmation, subject to stock availability.

Using your Order Number on PayPal's payment form (next to Item #) or on your email receipt, you can track your order online. Please recognise that order status may take up to 2 working days to be shown in our tracking system even though the orders may already be in process.

Q4) How do I self-collect my order?

A4) You can self-collect your purchases at our showroom. Please bring along your printed order confirmation or receipt for self-collection. Please call us to arrange for collection date & time.

Q5) What are the delivery charges for my order?

A5) Islandwide^* delivery of orders within Singapore is FREE with a minimum purchase of $80 & above. For orders below $80, a delivery charge of $8 is payable. Gift vouchers are delivered FREE within Singapore with no minimum purchase required.

Q6) Does New Age Kidz deliver to destinations outside Singapore?

A6) We accept orders to be delivered to all major cities of the world. For orders delivered outside of Singapore, delivery charges will be advised separately after order has been confirmed. All orders will be delivered via Singapore's Speedpost Air Parcel or equivalent with delivery lead time of 6 - 14 working days upon order & delivery confirmation unless specified otherwise.

Q7) Can I return or cancel my order?

Q8) Is your website secure?

A8) We recognise that security is of upmost importance! Our website meets international security standards & your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Moreover, we do not have access to your financial information as it will be kept private & 100% protected by PayPal. For more information, please read details in our Privacy Policy.

Q9) How can I confirm that my order will be delivered?

A9) Your satisfaction is our No. 1 priority! We guarantee that 100% of your orders will be delivered to you. To track the status of your order, please refer to A3 above. For more information, please read details in our Store Policy.

There is also FREE gift wrapping & FREE delivery of orders within Singapore with a minimum purchase of $80 & above. Gift vouchers are delivered FREE within Singapore with no minimum purchase required. What's more, with no GST charges on all our products, our prices are unbeatable!
